Default features of this skirt:

* 7 full circle tulle layers, cut and assembled in a unique way specific for this skirt only.
* Each tulle circle is finished with a horsehair braid.
* Gathered at the waist.
* Voluminous silhouette, without any specific shape, changes in motion greatly, lots of various length edges and cascading elements all over the skirt.
* Non hand dyeable, but a vast color selection available and you can create your own effect, or get the skirt in just all one color as a shown skirt in black with up to 4 colors of horsehair braids.
* Satin lining in half circle, wide and flowing.
* Features a train of 25cm or 10", can be a little longer or shorter, or none at all by request.
* Tailored satin waistband, 1.5" or 4cm waistband by default.
* Closure: back zipper and three black buttons.
* Shown coloring: tulle color: black; horsehair braid featured colors: iridescent purple, violet, navy blue and blue. These colors are NOT matching our hand dyed tulle palettes, these are a different tulle type and do come in those colors already. You can choose the color variation "as pictured" to get the same combination as the skirt shown in the listing, or select "different mix" and choose every color for the skirt, using our palette. Fully ivory, fully white or black are also available.

Important disclaimer regarding the Borealis skirt: the horsehair braids are connected via sticky interface, layered one on top of another and ironed to stick. You may see these connections as the skirt moves and shifts, and especially up close. It should not however, cause any issues regarding the "big picture" of the skirt or ever show in any on the wedding photos, of course. Just something that needs to be said as that connection is not something we ourselves love and you can definitely see those upon close inspection of the skirt, but so far, we have not been able to come up with a seamless horsehair connection.
